Return Refund
Return & Refund is only valid subject to the following conditions:
- Item must come with original proof of purchase/receipt/order record.
- Customer’s careless handling, misuse, or tampering with the product is not entitled to request for Return & Refund.
- Item damage by manufacturer defect upon received.
- The packaging should also be in Complete & Original condition in original shipping container as received.
- If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
- Modification, personal repair or excessive over clocking resulting malfunction is not acceptable
- No return & refund is permitted if the customer merely changes his or her mind about the purchase and there is no defect in the product.
15 Days Return Refund
To ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase, Deroma offering a simple 15 Days Return* at zero cost for all Deroma products.
The 15 Days Return period starts from date you receive the item from courier service.
15 Days Return Refund will be accepted following below condition:
- Wrong Item(s) / Item(s) different from description/ not as advertised
*Item & box packaging is in the new condition, complete item(s)/ part(s) - Item(s) with physical damage
*complete item(s)/ part(s) - Faulty/Defective item(s)
*Item & box packaging is in the new condition, complete item(s)/ part(s) - Incomplete items/Parts missing
*Item & box packaging is in the new condition - Counterfeit/Fake item(s)
*Item & box packaging is in the new condition, complete item(s)/ part(s)
15 Days Return Refund Process:
- If you receive item with above condition, please pm our Customer Service.
- Provide us your Order ID / Order Record.
- Send us a video or picture to show the damage item.
- After we confirm the item is damage (or with above condition) we will generate Airbill/ Consignment Note for you to return the item
- After print out the Airbill/ Consignment Note, stick the Airbill/ Consignment Note on the package. Please make sure the product is in complete item(s) and pack it with original box.
- Drop the package at any nearby Pos Office (Courier Service will be auto generate). After hand over the package to courier, you may let our customer service know so we can keep in track the parcel.
- After we receive the parcel, our team will QC the item first within 3 working days before refund is process.
- If the item condition is damage as per your claim, our team will approved the refund request and the refund will be process with our accountant team.
- The money refund will take around 7 working days.
- Our Customer Service will update to you once the refund transaction is done and will send you the receipt refund.
Partial or Full Refund
If a repair or exchange & replacement is not reasonably possible or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to the customer, the customer may keep the defective product and receive a partial refund. For the avoidance of doubt, both value of the product in a reasonable working condition and the value of the product in its faulty condition shall be assessed by technician(s) and/or staff members. Alternatively, we may advise the customer to return the defective product and receive a full refund. The amount of the full refund will take into account the use that the customer has had of the product and the product’s current condition resulting from the customer’s use. If the product has never been used, we may consider providing a full refund of the entire purchase price.
Please take note that the time of refund payment processing may vary and be subject to the respective banks' and/or payment providers' internal processing timeline.
Note:
- Deroma shall not be obliged to not accept Return & Refund request to any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase which is limited to valid purchase receipts and or order confirmation sent through email.
- Subject to Deroma’s verification and validation, the Return & Refund applies only to products purchased and used for domestic purposes and will not cover any damage which occurs as a result of misuse, negligence, failure to follow Deroma’s instructions, or a modification or unauthorized repair of the product, faulty packaging by the owner or mishandling by any carrier.
- Deroma may at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, without giving any reason or prior notice, modify, suspend/ discontinue the above Return & Refund Policy/ Terms & Conditions, whether in part or whole. Deroma shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered by or caused by you or arising out of, or in connection with, or because of such modification, suspension/ discontinuation to the above Return & Refund Policy/ Terms & Conditions.
